I can't figure out how it's even possible to flip a truck there...
...and being Arkansas, why bother closing the road? Seriously, traffic was going by as if it wasn't even there. I was even driving down the same side of the road, literally a foot and a half from the tires. Police were just waving people through.
Snapped this one on my way back through.

The driver headed for the ditch to avoid the low overpass.

Looks like he could have taken the exit too fast and then over corrected?

Why close the road and mess up everyone else's schedules if the crane's not there yet? If no one's injured/killed, keep the traffic flowing until you actually need to close the road.

Also, looks like it was an oversized load, most likely it wasn't balanced properly, and a small over correction can be the last straw that tips the camel over.

He's not at the bottom of a ramp though. The road crossing under the freeway is pretty straight (well, slight bend and a slight hill). If he was coming off the frontage road, there's a bit of a right hook, but there's a stop sign, so he shouldn't have been able to go fast enough to do that, unless his load shifted.

Nah, Benton area. Exit 114 on I-30.

Possibly, but there was no damage to the overhead part of the overpass, and it's not like it's below standard height.

Actually, they wound up getting two of the trucks used to tow Semis. Only took one to drag the semi back onto its wheels. The excavator he was hauling took both of them to right. Then they loaded it on a new trailer, and drove off... While they had the road closed, though, it was like an 8 mile detour to get around.

That's what we're thinking, too... Load must've shifted.

Exit 114 on I-30, about 30 mins south of Little Rock.
